Per serving:

  • 25 g of minced veal.
  • Caramelised Nargó onion.
  • 1 hen's egg.
  • 1 slice of Cadí cheese.
  • Potatoes from Oliana.
  • Extra virgin olive oil. 


Finely cut the onion and brown it in a frying pan with a pinch of salt and sugar. Season the hamburger with salt and pepper, dress it with the egg and grill it according to your personal taste. Cut up the potatoes, slowly fry them in olive oil and then add salt. Finally, present the hamburger on a plate, with the onion on top, and add the cheese and fried potatoes.
